Modern Tax Group, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work alongside the Property Tax Consulting Team and provide administrative services to support ongoing operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative duties including handling incoming mail, processing outgoing mail, data entry, filing document sand answering incoming calls
- Assist in preparation and mailing of Business Personal Property Tax returns
- Maintain client data in the Property Tax software
- Verify that properties have authorization on file with the applicable appraisal authority
- Contact appraisal districts to obtain applicable information
- Maintain Property Tax calendar and monitor deadlines
- Provide support to consulting team, as requested
- Order office supplies and equipment, as needed
- Process expense reports and coordinate travel for Executive staff
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience.
- 1+ year of property tax experience preferred.

- Ability to understand instruction both verbal and written

- Flexibility to work overtime and/or weekends during the months of March-May
